About the principal of SRS Productions: Stephanie Ryan-Smith

When knuckling down to work on events and campaigns, Stephanie Ryan-Smith offers her clients and associates multiple points of consideration through drawing upon her on-the-job experience and her dedication to continued learning. She first studied Journalism at La Trobe University followed by a transfer to The University of Melbourne to pursue studies in psychology (major) and marketing (minor). In addition to this, Stephanie previously underwent formal training in the performing arts focussing on classical ballet and musical theatre. Through undertaking these many years of extensive performance art training and obtaining experience as a working performing artist, Stephanie developed an in-depth understanding of the what is aesthetically appealing and emotionally engaging to an audience. Today, having obtained a lot of on-camera as well as off-camera experience, Stephanie has the advantage of a 360 degree spectrum of useful knowledge when dealing with all of the ins & outs of what is required to make a campaign a success. Stephanie possesses a natural flair and proven skill for creative writing, and utilises this talent through her extensive work within the various media and communications platforms she works within.

Some of Stephanie’s notable credits working in the mainstream media are her roles as a TV presenter working with Southern Cross Network TEN and her guest presenter appearances on TEN's 'The 9am Show'. From there on Stephanie began working as an event MC, corporate video presenter & actor, and event organiser while incorporating her writing skills into many of these roles. Since 2005 she has also worked for various magazine publications in editorial submission, production, styling, sponsorship acquisition, and media placement.
